When we say “eat,” we don’t just mean food—we mean consumption in every form. Each day, we take in not only what’s edible but also information, ideas, habits, and even emotions. Yet we rarely pause to question what we’re consuming or how it affects us. Over time, this unfiltered intake—both physical and mental—can cause slow, silent damage that eventually becomes irreversible.
